The fees listed above will be charged to customers who cancel without notice on the day of the service. Please be assured that we do not charge customers who contact us in advance or come to the store.
We offer seasonal and recommended ingredients, simply prepared and tasted. You will be able to feel the taste of the ingredients! Course content is subject to change depending on availability. We can accommodate allergies and foodstuffs you do not like.
We will serve the best items of the season. We plan to serve approximately 10 items. Please make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
The owner, who holds a sake diploma, will suggest seasonal dishes and the sake that goes with them. *We will listen to your preferences before starting the pairing course. This course does not include rice dishes. Additional dishes and sake are available after the course.
