An original menu from Shimo-Ishida Shokudo! You can enjoy the famous Mapo Rice from that renowned restaurant at Shimo-Ishida Shokudo! The only place in Yamanashi Prefecture. The umami flavor is condensed within the spiciness and spreads in your mouth. It might be surprising to have Mapo Tofu in a set meal, but it is our hidden signature dish. Please enjoy!

Dan Dan Noodles, available only at the Shimoishida Shokudo in Yamanashi Prefecture, alongside Mapo Rice. We are particular about the sesame ingredients, the roasting process, and the fragrant aroma. Please enjoy the umami of sweet ground meat and 'sacha' meat miso.
