This is a fish cake soup made with homemade soy sauce and Busan fish cakes. Udon noodles are provided as a basic accompaniment.
A Swiss potato pancake made with shredded potatoes.
This is a soup-style tteokbokki made with various seafood. After eating, you can order udon noodles and stir-fry them.
Fresh superior-grade salmon is prepared and aged in Norway, and soy sauce is also made and used.
Using only Jeju pork tenderloin, it is processed and aged, resulting in meat that is not tough, has no off-flavors, and is tender.
We use refrigerated salmon that has been aged with kelp. When you order salmon, sushi rice and pork cutlet are provided as a service.
