However, the soaring prices of eel procurement have made it difficult to maintain quality at the current prices. Therefore, after careful consideration, we have decided to implement a price revision for eel rice bowls, hitsumabushi, and some other products. We will continue to strive to be an eel restaurant that is even more affordable and delicious, and we will do our best to satisfy our customers.
