This is 'grilled gyoza' sourced from Houei in Tokachi, Otofuke Town, Hokkaido. Each piece is handmade and wrapped daily, featuring a generous filling and chewy skin! Once you take a bite, the juicy meat juices that overflow from inside will make you addicted to this dish. You can choose from two types of seasoning: miso sauce or soy sauce, according to your preference!
The 'Yudetan' sourced from a long-established offal grill in Tokyo is carefully cooked to the point where it can be cut with chopsticks and melts in your mouth! It is a proud dish at the offal grill, so please enjoy it.
When it comes to basashi in Fukushima, it's 'Aizu Basashi'. At Nikuno Okubo, which offers mail-order, we are particular about Aizu brand horse meat and only handle horse meat that has cleared strict standards! Motsunikomi, a dish delivered from a traditional offal grilling shop in Tokyo. Since it is 'motsunikomi from an offal grilling shop,' no ingredients other than offal are included. This traditional shop prides itself on careful preparation and a secret seasoning finished with white miso, allowing you to enjoy the original flavor of the offal without any strong aftertaste. Please enjoy it with shichimi togarashi to your liking!
Spicy beef tendon stew 'Spicy Tendon Stew' sourced from a long-established offal grill in Tokyo. The tendon is not tough tendon meat, but rather tender beef tendon with a lot of meatiness! If there are two or more people, adding tofu makes it easier to share!
Toroshime Saba sourced from Maruyo Suisan in Aomori Prefecture. The expertly fatty shime saba is finished with a sear to bring out even more umami!

This is the 'Firefly Squid Pickled in Soy Sauce' sourced from Kawamura Suisan in Namerikawa, Toyama Prefecture! The pickled squid, which has won a gold medal at the Monde Selection, is characterized by the size of each squid and the rich flavor of the marinade that seeps deep into it! The more you chew, the more the flavor of the firefly squid comes out! Enjoy it with your favorite sake, starting with Japanese sake!
The representative of Sanuki Udon, Kagawa Prefecture, 'thin Sanuki udon' sourced from Kishuuya retains the unique chewiness of Sanuki udon while being thinner, making it perfect for a cold dish! We offer it in two varieties: hot and cold.
