This is the supreme egg rice made with a high-quality brand that has a rich flavor and strong sweetness, featuring an orange color.

We also accept private room reservations. Please enjoy a unique experience at Saigo for parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations. Private reservations can be made starting from 15 people (maximum 18), so feel free to inquire about the minimum number of guests, reservation conditions, and menu options.
When you visit, please be sure to ask the staff about 'Hidden Sake' and 'Today's Sake'! There may be rare items that are not listed on the grand menu, with limited quantities available♪
Carefully grilled with Tosa Binchotan charcoal, we adjust the cooking time, salt level, and heat intensity according to the ingredients and cuts to bring out their maximum potential. Enjoy rare cuts like 'sasami', 'kinkan', and 'chouchin' that have a texture like warm sashimi, depending on availability.
The atmosphere is enhanced by indirect lighting and jazz music playing in the background. Our pride, the 'customer service', is designed to ensure that all seats can be seen from the grilling area. Enjoy the finest skewers and dishes in a comfortable space.
The counter seats accommodate 8 guests, and there is one table each for 4 to 6 guests and 3 guests. The tables can be connected to accommodate up to 10 guests.
Carefully selected by the owner, please enjoy local sake from across the country. We change the selection two to three times a month. We have a variety of sake, including the owner's local favorite, Tazake from Aomori, which has a good balance of flavor and sharpness, extremely dry sake with outstanding crispness, and rare brands with fruity flavors and acidity.
We change the selected brands 2 to 3 times a month. If we have the famous sake from the owner's hometown Aomori, 'Tazake', we would love for everyone to try it at least once. We also carefully select food-friendly sake that pairs well with grilled chicken, including slightly sweet, slightly dry, and super dry options. Izumo Fuji Jun Gin Super Dry 1100 per cup: Refreshingly crisp and dry. Aizu Chujo Special Junmai Unfiltered Sake 1200 per cup: A refreshing acidity like green apple, moderate sweetness, and dry. Kaiun Junmai Aiyama Tripel7 1300 per cup: Soft and rich umami with a moderate finish. Rishiko Junmai Koshihikari 1200 per cup: A new brand from Mine no Shiroume, seasonal limited release, with soft umami and gentle sweetness, and rich flavor from low polishing. Tedori River Ishikawa Gate Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Sake 1400 per cup: A refreshing sweetness like apple that sharpens and balances perfectly in the finish. Tazake Junmai Daiginjo 45% polished Kojo Nishiki 2500 per cup: A uniquely fresh and fruity aroma from Tazake, with beautiful umami, acidity, and a moderate finish.
