This is a rich carbonara made without fresh cream. The carbonara sauce is finished with only eggs, olive oil, cheese, and pepper. The flavor of homemade pancetta and the rich sauce spread abundantly in your mouth.
When you visit 'Tegge Taverna', you must try the 'Roast Beef'. We use the thigh meat of 'Miyazaki Beef', which is given the name for those graded A4 or higher. Please enjoy it with Shariapin sauce.
This is a Margherita made with rich mozzarella cheese produced in Kobayashi City, Miyazaki Prefecture. The rich aroma and saltiness of the cheese match perfectly with the tomatoes.
This is a red wine considered one of Italy's 'three great wines.' It has a beautiful ruby color. With aging, the tannins become supple. It has fruity notes reminiscent of cherries, along with complex flavors that evoke fallen leaves and earth.
[Piedmont] 100% Cortese. Pale golden color with a greenish hue. Mineral notes with aromas of white and yellow peaches. Characterized by rich fruitiness and a savory mineral quality. This is a rare white wine with a limited production.
