Teppanyaki restaurant where you can enjoy Miyazaki beef at a reasonable price
Travel to Miyazaki
This lunch is the last meal we will have in Miyazaki!
We saved the Miyazaki beef for last. !!!!
You ate a lot of chicken... you ate pork the first night...
We saved the beef for this day.
This restaurant offers teppanyaki, sukiyaki, and shabu-shabu.
Moreover, you can eat Miyazaki beef at a reasonable price!
Of course, we are teppan-yaki, so we are served teppan-yaki!
This time, we chose the Miyachiku course, which includes 80g of the thigh and 100g of the loin. 2,980 yen (only on weekdays)
On weekends and holidays, the price is 3,800 yen (limited to 20 servings). Thank goodness it was a weekday!
Salad and drinks are available at the bar and are all-you-can-eat!
This kind of place is a bit like a family restaurant, but at such a low price!
On the other hand, the fact that drinks are included in the price, rather than being charged separately, is amazing!
Of course, alcohol is an extra charge!
There was a salad bar, a la carte dishes, and even desserts!
This beef tenderloin was cooked tenderly and was so delicious!
I would have eaten more, but I had to have a steak!
First of all, the soup, it's just regular corn soup!
I like it, so it's totally OK!
I'm going to grill the peaches first!
It's great to see the performance of grilling on the griddle like this, isn't it?
I chose to grill them rare.
Rare is the best for good meat, right?
I missed the shutter chance when flambéing the meat, and when I was saying, "There will be another one...", the chef said, "We'll have another one next time...".
I'm sorry.
Bread is prepared before baking, and the meat is placed on it.
I was so surprised! Why? I thought.
The chef was concentrating on grilling without worrying about our noisy customers!
I have an image that peaches are hard, but they are surprisingly tender!
When you bite into it, you can feel the juices coming out of the meat, making your mouth happy!
There are five kinds of sauces, and you can add whatever you like.
I almost ate it with garlic chips and salt!
While I was eating, they were grilling vegetables!
The chef was very attentive to the pace at which we were eating!
You can choose between rice and fried rice!
Of course, since it is an iron plate, I chose fried rice!
I had to avoid the fatty part of the thigh at first, but now I chop it into small pieces and stir-fry it together!
I was busy eating, talking, watching, and taking pictures..................................
The crispy plums, the potatoes, the egg, and the fat are all ready to be served!
This is very light despite the fact that there is fat in it!
The crunchy ume plum has a nice texture and is deliciously salty!
Next is the loin. This one is also rare!
I was able to get a perfect position because I was asked before flambéing!
Thank you very much!
And it will be placed on the bread again!
After all, loin ... too tender!
The fat is also quite plentiful and the meat is sweet...
It is also very tasty!
The chef leaves once and starts baking the bread just as we finish eating!
That's right! This juicy bread is transformed into sugar toast!
Isn't this a great presentation?
Also, this sugar toast is really delicious!
You can't taste the gravy at all! It was delicious!
Mr. Kadota gave a wonderful teppan performance from start to finish!
Thank you for taking charge of the two noisy guys!
It seems that different chefs have different ways of cooking meat, fried rice, and desserts!
But Kadota-san's performance was the best~!
This Miyazaki, I was tired of being pushed around by the junior chefs...
I was able to enjoy a really delicious meal at the end!
This is the end of my trip to Miyazaki!
Thank you all for your company!
And thank you for taking the time to read this long article!
Isshin Sushi Koyo uses a lot of Miyazaki ingredients. Many of the fish are laid to rest, and the sushi is served in very good condition. The service is also excellent.
The rice is red vinegar with just the right amount of firmness, small in size and slightly long and narrow, and fits nicely in the mouth.
