Miyagi's seri, known throughout Japan as "Miyagi seri," is the largest producer in Japan, and its cultivation has a history of more than 380 years. Seri nabe is a well-known local dish of Miyagi Prefecture. In Maru's Seri Nabe, "kamo meat" and "homemade kamo tsukune" served on a split bamboo stick are added to a soup made from bonito flakes, and the Seri is served from the root to the tip of the leaves. The refined fat of the kamo creates a perfect harmony with the seri. It warms you from the core!
