A meat hot pot made with horse meat and pork from Kumamoto Prefecture, using a broth carefully prepared from horse and pork bones.

This dish is one that I am confident will make even those who have previously avoided offal stew come to like it. It can be enjoyed as a snack with alcohol or deliciously eaten with rice!

This thickness is possible because it's horse meat. It's refreshing but incredibly satisfying!
