A hint of 'Japanese' fragrance. Please enjoy the refreshing aroma and taste of three botanicals: yuzu, green tea, and ginger, especially as a soda mix! We also have an adult version of melon soda and cream soda using green.
We used six types of botanicals unique to Japan (sakura flowers, sakura leaves, roasted green tea, gyokuro, sansho pepper, yuzu) along with eight types of traditional gin botanicals. These were harvested in season and crafted according to the characteristics of the ingredients, bringing out the fragrance of sakura, the refreshing flavor of yuzu and tea, and the spiciness of sansho that can be felt in the aftertaste. Enjoy it as a soda mix!
A spice shochu completed by using Toyonaga Warehouse's unique method of rice shochu that enhances the aroma of cardamom. By mixing it with soda, the refreshing aroma of cardamom is further highlighted, making it feel like an adult cider. It can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes regardless of genre!!

Kikumasamune is basically served as warm sake. (Cold sake and room temperature are also available) Shoonigou is 1298 yen, and during the summer season, frozen sake of Kikumasamune is also available.
A faint fruity aroma and a refreshing scent that wafts through the nose. Next, a voluminous flavor rushes in. After passing the throat, it leaves a lingering acidity that clears the mouth. It is a sake that stimulates the five senses of humans in the act of drinking. That is Kaze no Mori. Kaze no Mori is offered in a 720ml bottle.

Akika Sake Brewery is located at the northern edge of Osaka, backed by Utagaki Mountain, near the border with Kyoto. They aim to create an ideal sake brewery with a consistent process from rice cultivation in spring to sake production in autumn.
It is made using well water from the sake brewery that draws from the underground water of Mayuyama, a famous cherry blossom spot located north of the storehouse since ancient times.
The most notable feature of this Osumi is its rich aroma.
