※An example: Grilled shiitake mushrooms and Mioshi chicken with mulberry leaves, homemade karasumi, simmered bonito flakes with sansho pepper, stewed daikon and chicken with sesame, kinpira with thin fried tofu and daikon, homemade tofu from Katsu's tofu shop, vinegared colorful vegetables, dried figs soaked in rum.
Mio chicken, raised in the great nature of the Southern Alps without stress, is used. The feed contains natural sugars, eliminating any chicken odor and providing a juicy texture. By simmering it with fresh vegetables for seven hours, the flavors meld together. Please enjoy the rich taste of Mio chicken at your leisure. Serves two to one.
