The Emperor Noodles are custom-made specifically for Dan Dan Noodles. These noodles are made with plenty of eggs and are aged and fermented, providing a smooth texture and excellent chewiness. You can choose your level of spiciness: no spice → mild spice → standard → extra spicy sauce.
