Jiro's Salted Yakiniku
I've been wanting to go to Jiro's for a long time, so I went there with my good friends.
The restaurant has a bright atmosphere with white as the base color.
This time, we had the all-you-can-drink course.
7 kinds of homemade kimuchi mul
Salad
Aged beef tongue
*Red meat nigiri
*A5 fillet
*Yaki-sukiyaki
*Cold noodles
*Grade Kalbi Wagyu Harami
Wagyu beef hormone
Jiro's curry (forgot to take a picture)
Choice of dolce (pudding & tiramisu)
My friend who doesn't like eggs gave me the yolk of an egg and I had it mixed in with the yakisuiki-as much as I could!
The egg and meat melted in your mouth.
Beautiful pink color and well-balanced sashimi.
All the meats are crispy and not too thick, so even I, who don't like fat, enjoyed it to the last!
My longed-for Jiro-san!
It was so delicious that it almost made my mouth water!
Thank you so much for the food!
