Champagne is produced by small young producers focusing on creating cuvées for each vineyard, with 70 types of NV Champagne at the center of RM. Vintage Champagnes reflect the emotions of major Maisons for each vintage. Top cuvées offer truly rare Champagnes.
Nowadays, it has become difficult to obtain, but it includes a lineup of Etienne Sauzet, Ramonet, Michel Neillon, Raveneau, and others.
The most diverse type is Burgundy red wine. There are about 200 types ranging from new vintages to old wines. For new vintages, we offer wines from young producers who are expected to attract attention in the future, and for old wines, we have great vintages with a good value and popular producers.
A mature Rhone white wine that I have been particularly fond of recently. It may not be very old, but it could be a surprising bottle that is ready to drink and has become so smooth. It gathers only big producers in the Rhone world such as Chave, Chapoutier, and Paul Jaboulet.
Featuring big names like Rayas, Henri Bonneau, Paul Jaboulet, Jean-Louis Chave, and more, as well as up-and-coming producers like Gangloff and Saint Prefert who will carry the future of the Rhone. You might just find a hidden gem.
