This is Kakuya's specialty 'Hegisoba'. You can enjoy carefully handmade soba together.
This is tempura made from maitake mushrooms from the Okutone region. Enjoy it freshly fried with rock salt. (Serves 2 to 3 people.)
This is tempura made with fresh vegetables. In spring, we use wild vegetables from Mizukami, and in summer, we incorporate a lot of homegrown vegetables. Of course, they are organic and pesticide-free. This is a popular dish at Kakuya as well! (Serves 2-3 people.)

The combination of duck and Kakuya's broth is outstanding! You can enjoy cold soba dipped in warm soup. It can be delicious in both cold winters and hot summers. This is a menu item with many repeat customers.
This Baumkuchen is made with a blend of buckwheat flour from Minakami and Dattan buckwheat flour, and is deep-fried in hot oil until crispy. It features a refined sweetness similar to that of a donut.
The combination of homemade black honey and ice cream is outstanding.
