A banquet at a great price! This course allows you to enjoy seasonal ingredients in a casual manner. Starting with a refreshing appetizer, we offer a Japanese-style salad, carpaccio of sea bream, and savory grilled and fried Jidori chicken. Finish with mixed rice with the aroma of shiso leaves, and enjoy the final course with dessert.
[Very popular banquet series] Enjoy a good balance of both fresh fish and meat dishes. We offer a seasonal appetizer, three kinds of fresh fish, and a chopstick rest, as well as hearty dishes such as grilled Jidori chicken with Japanese pepper and Wagyu beef minced pork cutlet. This 9-course menu offers a sumptuous selection of dishes at a reasonable price. The first dish is Wagyu beef steak with a special thick sauce. We have also prepared an appetizer with seasonal ingredients, a Western-style salad, and five kinds of fresh fish sashimi, as well as popular meat and fried dishes such as grilled back ribs and fried domestic oysters. The meal is finished off with Hitsumabushi style eel rice and dessert. Ideal for first-time guests and important gatherings.

This plum wine is made by soaking fully ripe plums that bring out a rich aroma and flavor, and it is aged for a long time in old whiskey barrels from the Yamazaki Distillery, allowing you to enjoy a vibrant taste and rich depth along with a lingering finish.

The shochu first released in 1916 by the founder of Kirishima Shuzo, Yoshisuke Enatsu, is made with black koji. This authentic sweet potato shochu, 'Kurokirishima,' inherits the roots of black koji production from the time of its founding, characterized by a rich sweetness and a crisp finish. It enhances delicious dishes across various genres, including Japanese, Western, Chinese, and ethnic cuisines.
Founded in the 39th year of the Meiji era. The brewery is located at the foot of Mount Kirishima, using Sekinpei spring water for brewing, and it produces 'Sato', which has won the top rank in shochu popularity. Sato Black is a highly popular sweet potato shochu brewed with black koji, the same color as the label, characterized by its unique strength, sweetness, and aroma.
Bottle 4,490 yen (including tax 4,939 yen) What Ikkaisha is particular about is that it is made only from sweet potatoes and sweet potato koji, being 100% sweet potato. Each drop is free of impurities, and the naturally sweet aroma and refreshing, elegant flavor of the sweet potato spread in the mouth, allowing you to enjoy the true taste of sweet potato shochu that is easy to drink.

The name Akutobuma evokes a sense of rugged strength, but it lacks the unique bitterness and odor of sweet potato shochu, making it incredibly smooth with a silky throat feel. Within its clarity, the sweetness of the sweet potato emerges in a delightful and rich flavor that is wonderful. It is a popular shochu supported by many.

The brewing facility of 'Iichiko' is located in rich nature. The ingredients and water are meticulously chosen, and all techniques are devoted to brewing the sake. Everything is for the sake of quality. This attitude has never changed in the past and will not change in the future.

A gin that is easy to drink, made with three carefully selected Japanese ingredients (yuzu, green tea, ginger) that can be enjoyed deliciously with everyday meals, along with eight traditional botanicals that form the original flavor of gin. It uses a traditional method to extract the deliciousness of each ingredient, employing various distillation and infusion methods. The refreshing aroma comes from three types of 'yuzu-based liquor', the umami of green tea pairs well with Japanese cuisine in 'gyokuro and matcha infused liquor', and the 'ginger' provides a clean aftertaste and enhances the flavor through its spiciness.

Since its release in May 1977, this junmai sake has been supported for many years due to its high quality and good cost performance. It is a standard junmai sake from Ichinokura, harmonizing a calm and fragrant aroma with a refreshing taste that you won't get tired of. It can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed, making it a popular choice for a classic evening drink.
A pure rice daiginjo brewed with handmade koji and the snowmelt water of Hakkaisan, using the 'Raiden-sama's clear water' as spring water. By combining Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku polished to 45%, along with Miyama Nishiki, we have created a pure rice sake that is characteristic of Hakkaisan, with a clean finish and a flavor that does not become monotonous. This slightly premium sake enhances dishes with its transparent and beautiful taste, along with a gentle, elegant sweetness that spreads softly.
The pinnacle of Kubota, a superb blend of sake brewed in different ways. Its vibrant and rich aroma lingers in the throat, harmonizing umami, sweetness, and acidity within a soft and rounded texture, creating a refined taste. It pairs beautifully with dishes that evoke a gentle umami.
It is not just a sake that is good to get drunk on or that sells well, but rather a sake that aims to be delicious and enjoyable. As a result, all of their sake has become Junmai Daiginjo, which is quite easy to understand for a sake brewery. The sake that made their name known to the world, 'Dassai 50', has been discontinued... and the successor that has appeared is 'Dassai 45'. By polishing it even further from 50, it has become a cleaner and more refined taste without any off-flavors! Here comes the cost-effective Junmai Daiginjo once again!!
