Sweets&bar Mont Pignon

A low-sugar dessert that uses no sugar at all. It contains dried fruits and nuts inside an Italian (Sicilian) ice cheese cake.

A cheesecake made with blue cheese (piquant) and cream cheese. Served with honey in the front.

Ice brulee made in the Catalonia region. The caramelization on top adds a nice accent.

Black tea jelly, Shine Muscat grapes, cassis sorbet, coconut meringue cookie, chestnut brulee, chestnut Mont Blanc tart

Rich chocolate cake. Served with tea ice cream, raspberry sauce in front, and topped with orange peel on the ice cream.

Hazelnut ice mousse. A dessert from southern France made with caramelized almond slices and set cold (glacé).

Hojicha panna cotta and hojicha ice cream served with wasabi and salt on the side. The wasabi sharpens the flavor, while the salt enhances the taste.

German-style pancake. Served with vanilla ice cream and lemon.

Desserts reserved 2 days in advance, a selection of 8 mini cakes. *The contents may change depending on the season. *Reservations for weekends and holidays are free until 6 PM. *Available after 6 PM as well (after 7 PM on weekdays). *Reservations can be made for one person. *The photo is for two servings.
