Sweets&bar Mont Pignon

A low-sugar dessert that uses no sugar at all. It contains dried fruits and nuts inside an Italian (Sicilian) ice cheese cake.

This will be served as a charm.

Cheese cake made with blue cheese (picante) and cream cheese. Served with honey in front.

Ice brulee made in the Catalonia region. The caramelization on top adds a nice accent.

Black tea jelly, Shine Muscat grapes, cassis sorbet, coconut meringue cookie, chestnut brulee, chestnut Mont Blanc tart

Rich chocolate cake. Served with tea ice cream, raspberry sauce in front, and orange peel on top of the ice cream.

Hazelnut ice mousse. A dessert from southern France made with caramelized almond slices and set cold (glacé).

・Hojicha Panna Cotta ・Hojicha Ice Cream served with wasabi and salt on the side. The wasabi enhances the flavor, while the salt intensifies it.

German-style pancake. Served with vanilla ice cream and lemon.
