It is not an exaggeration to say that this is the flagship of sour beers worldwide, a strong sour ale representing BFM. 'Bon-Chien' translates to 'cute dog' in Japanese. But is there a cat on the label? This beer was brewed for the cat bought at the BFM brewery, 'Bon-Chien' (which means 'cute dog'). This beer, shining in amber color, is aged for several months in oak barrels that were previously used for wine and spirits, adding complex flavors to the beer in the process. It is filled with surprises that feel more like a wine with fruity flavors and a prominent acidity, rather than a beer. Switzerland ABV: 11% Style: Sour Ale 100ml…1,100 yen 200ml…1,980 yen

VERTERE is a brewery located in Okutama, at the western edge of Tokyo. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes by train from the city center, and it is not exactly an easily accessible place. Nevertheless, Okutama has greenery, pleasant air, and clean water. We chose Okutama as our base to brew beer at our own pace, without being swept away by the speed of the city. The theme of VERTERE is 'who, where, and how you drink.' Enjoying delicious beer in a more pleasant place and situation. This is where our vision begins.

Beer making involves a process called 'fermentation.' 'Fermentation' refers to mixing things that have never been combined before, causing a reaction, and using the power of microorganisms to transform them into something entirely different and more valuable than their individual components. The act of 'fermenting' is also referred to as 'kamosu.' We want to create happiness by fermenting people with beer brewed from barley and hops. May that happiness and smiles spread throughout the world.

Girona, a historic city located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. It specializes in brewing beers that primarily use hops in styles such as NE IPA and IPA, as well as sub-genres. Each standard beer is brewed with different recipes and hops every week to extract those elements and apply them to the next brew, continuously learning to provide the best beer. The brewery name 'SOMA' has three meanings: in Greek, it means 'the complete body that includes all physical and biological parts'; it refers to a drug mentioned in novels; and it also relates to the deified narcotic from ancient India.

When you translate WHIPLASH into Japanese, it becomes 'whiplash'? Many people might find this quite questionable, right? Their company was established when the two were still working at another brewery, and initially, they considered naming it 'White Label', but since another beverage company held the trademark, they were discussing other names... As mentioned earlier, they were brewing 2,500 liters of beer 6 to 8 times a day, which was a lot of times for the two of them, and they said their necks hurt. My neck hurts, I'm going to get whiplash! (laughs)
-440ml WHIPLASH's standard modern Hazy IPA. 100% whirlpool hopping with Cascade, and double dry hopping with Ekuanot and BRU-1. El Dorado is also used. A hint of lemon aroma reminiscent of pineapple and papaya. ABV: 6.2% IBU hop style HAZY IPA
