This local sake is made in the Niigata city of Gosen. It is a slightly luxurious sake brewed with carefully selected sake rice 'Gohyakumangoku' that is polished to a high degree. It has a taste that enhances the light and dry flavor, with a crisp finish that is excellent.
The sake that has been brewed is stored in a tank at 0°C in a warehouse until just before shipment, so the freshness of the freshly made sake is not compromised. This is a junmai-shu that has not been pasteurized at all. It is a sake with a soft mouthfeel that makes you want to keep stacking cups. Please enjoy this sake, which is not easily available in Tokyo.
