This ramen luxuriously uses three types of algae from Euglena Co., which has recently gained attention as a sustainable health ingredient. The noodles are blended with 'Ishigaki Island Euglena' and 'Yaeyama Chlorella', achieving a beautiful green color and a chewy texture. The soup is enriched with 'Orolanthokitria', which has a seafood flavor and is rich in DHA, resulting in a guilt-free soup that offers the umami and richness of seafood. Topped with tender rare chashu, a boiled egg, and tororo kelp, it pairs perfectly with the noodles and soup.

One day's worth of vegetables (350g), half a day's worth of vegetables (200g), one serving of vegetables (120g) combined with noodles made from whole grain rich in minerals, Katsuo oil, and a fragrant Katsuo soy sauce base mixed with Awaodori chicken soup.
