At the directly managed farm 'Tohoku Ranch' in Aomori Prefecture, we practice sustainable agriculture using thoroughbred compost. We offer dishes made with seasonal vegetables cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Enjoy the flavors of each season and the natural deliciousness of the vegetables.
The 'Aotama' eggs are laid at the directly managed farm 'Tohoku Farm'. The main food for the chickens, Dent Corn, is also cultivated on the same farm without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The fertile eggs 'Aotama' laid by chickens raised in a sunlit and well-ventilated chicken coop are characterized by a beautiful jade color. The fresh white and rich yolk are a sign of freshness. The raw egg yolk of 'Aotama' is large, flavorful, and creamy. It is recommended to try it first without any seasoning, such as on rice. You will be surprised by the natural taste of the eggs!

The vegetables, wild plants, and eggs used in our store are made from materials grown on the farm of 'Tohoku Farm', operated by a group company. We use the 'complete circulation farming method' where all lives circulate in the traditional way, and we realize vegetable production without using chemical fertilizers during the cultivation period by making our own soil (compost) and directly delivering the harvested vegetables on the morning of the shipping day, so you can enjoy the fresh texture and aroma of the vegetables.
We offer dishes made with seasonal vegetables from Northeast Farm, cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers during the cultivation period. Enjoy the taste of each season and the natural deliciousness of vegetables.
Fertilized eggs from free-range chickens fed with homemade corn are available in two types: the beautiful jade-colored 'Aotama' and the familiar brown egg-colored 'Akatama'. All egg dishes used in the buffet are made with these eggs, and even the tartar sauce is made from these eggs. The egg whites are elastic and plump, and the yolk is rich in flavor. In the buffet, you can enjoy unlimited servings of rice topped with these eggs, known as the 'ultimate TKG'. - Aotama raw egg (Asunaro chicken egg): Large yolk with a rich and creamy taste. Perfect for egg over rice. Enjoy it as is without adding soy sauce. - Akatama raw egg (Goto chicken egg): Smooth texture with no peculiarities or off-flavors typical of eggs. It has a mild and rich flavor, suitable for both raw consumption and a wide range of cooking and baking applications.
Enjoy our 'French Toast with Brand Eggs' cooked right in front of you. The original bread made with wild plants is soaked in egg mixture, creating a juicy sensation in your mouth.
