The highlight is the limited-time version made with 100% of Nakamura Farm's 'Hetagare' tomatoes! 'Hetagare' refers to the extreme ripeness state where the stem withers, hence the name. This dish offers a realm of flavor that can only be experienced by using 100% tomatoes with a sugar content comparable to that of watermelon. Note: After winter, it will be blended and changed to a different version of tomato sauce.

Originally a traditional baked confection from Italy, this is a secret recipe evolved for Japanese people by a master from Kansai! In Okinawa, it's just the crema. It features a crispy texture preferred by Japanese people, lighter than the hard biscuits of the original, and you can enjoy the aroma of cinnamon and almonds! I have tried dozens of varieties so far, but I have not encountered a biscotti that surpasses this one.
The core of flavor is egg and cacao. Cacao is relatively easy to adjust, but the egg is a blind spot. Crema uses eggs from specially bred hens called "Manatamago," which are full of life and have a unique richness.
