Using charcoal-roasted hojicha blended with the first-picked tea leaves from Nishio, it is finished with a fragrant and deep flavor. The slight bitterness of brown sugar jelly, the acidity of passion fruit jelly, and the saltiness of salted soybean flour sable enhance each other's qualities, creating a harmonious taste. Finally, pour rich hojicha syrup on top and enjoy the overall balance.
A parfait inspired by the beautiful winter snow scenery, featuring strawberry and yuzu. By layering different shades of white, it has been crafted to be visually stunning and rich in flavor. Finally, it is generously topped with Parmigiano cheese, reminiscent of snow, for you to enjoy. Please savor the combination of the rich cheese, refreshing yuzu aroma, and juicy strawberries.
The rich aroma and intense flavor of pistachio, often referred to as the queen of nuts. To highlight its beautiful green color, we adorned it with sweet and sour dark cherries. Enjoy the elegant harmony of flavors where the adult taste of berry jelly infused with Lambrusco and the tangy cassis sauce intertwine with the pistachio.
This sweet wine from Germany, made with Dornfelder grapes, has a very well-balanced light sweetness and acidity, which pairs excellently with cherry and berry jelly, enhancing the rich aroma of pistachio.
