“Godspeed Grilling” is a cooking method that combines the characteristics of a griddle and a burner. When making okonomiyaki, the batter is placed on the griddle, and immediately the edges of the batter are seared with the burner to shape and seal it. Once the batter is cooked, it is flipped over, and the edges are seared again in the same manner. By doing this, the top and edges of the batter become sealed, acting as a lid, which makes it difficult for steam to escape, resulting in a crispy exterior and fluffy interior okonomiyaki. When making yakisoba, the noodles are spread out and seared from below on the griddle while being evenly seared from above with the burner. This allows each noodle to be thoroughly seared, evaporating moisture and preventing stickiness. Additionally, since the surface of the noodles is seared, the sauce adheres more easily.

Iberico Bellota pigs are raised using a special free-range method, where they roam freely and consume about 10 kg of acorns daily, resulting in a world-class pork rich in oleic acid, vitamin B group, and vitamin E. ● Kagoshima Chami Pork: Chami pork is a brand name of Japanese pork and is the number one specialty product from Kagoshima Prefecture. It is raised healthily by eating plenty of sweet potatoes and the tea component 'catechin.' ● Satsuma Red Egg: Only eggs from young hens, which lay eggs until about 480 days of age (compared to the usual 750 days for regular chicken eggs), are carefully selected. It has a deep, rich flavor reminiscent of traditional tastes. ● Homemade Espuma Mayonnaise: An original mayonnaise created using the innovative cooking method of 'El Bulli,' resulting in a 'light as air foam.' ● Sun-Dried Sea Salt from the Java Sea: A natural salt that concentrates the blessings of nature, made using traditional methods. ● Wakayama Grape Pepper: It began about 170 years ago when wild grape pepper was planted. It has a strong aroma and flavor, and the fruits are large, making it particularly excellent for fresh use and as a seasoning. ● 19mm Thick Electric Griddle: A custom-made griddle from Sanbun Shokai Co., Ltd. It achieves a crispy exterior and fluffy interior due to its powerful heat and far-infrared effect.
