Four types: Dark 72% from Belgium, Bouchard / (Milk) / Orange / Mint, two pieces each. In summer, there is no outrageous act of serving them frozen solid from the refrigerator as the temperature is that of a wine cellar. As of February 2020: Milk has run out, so there are now three types.
A mix of large white and small black figs
Peanuts with a rich flavor that have been smoked
Mild spicy takana with cheese.
Old: 5 pieces (not sold separately) over 12 cm for 1500 yen. Served with grain mustard, ketchup, and cilantro paste. There is a faint gamey aroma, but it is not too strong and is delicious. February 2020: Changed to 1400 yen for 2 thick pieces!
Approximately 150g, low in fat and healthy.
Approximately 100g, low in fat and healthy.
The Edieu on the left is a 100% buckwheat whiskey from Brittany, France, famous for its galettes (buckwheat crepes), aged for 5 years in Cognac barrels, with a unique taste and a subtle sweetness that makes it delicious. The Kyurovaso in the middle is a Finnish rye whiskey aged for only 4 months, with a strong fresh barrel and cheesy aroma. (Sold out! Production discontinued) The Hammerhead on the right is a 23-year-old single malt from the Czech Republic, with the distillery now closed; this one is 1600 yen, but it has a melon-like fruity flavor and great cost performance. (Production discontinued due to distillery closure)
Unlike the sweet crème de cassis, which is soaked in cocktail brandy with an alcohol content of around 15-20%, this cassis is only 5% and has a tartness, making it ideal for sipping straight. It is recommended to pair it with the rich end of a cigar. For some reason, it is the best-selling delicious liquor at our shop!
A rare spirit made from flower buds rather than coconuts. Southeast Asian arrack is typically made from the juice of coconuts, sugarcane molasses, or rice, possessing a unique sourness and sweetness, but this one has neither sourness nor sweetness; if served blind, it feels like a neutral rum/brandy/whiskey.
From the left, there is Cognac Tesseron Lot 60 Great Smoker (2500 yen), Chieftain's Cigar Malt (sold out!), Dalmore Cigar Malt (1600 yen), Zasse Cigar Special made from German wheat and barley whiskey (1700 yen), the tequila in the back is Casadorez Añejo (1100 yen), Montecristo Rum (1300 yen), Diplomatico Rum (1100 yen). The cigars from the left are Romeo Casadorez, Montecristo Petit Edmundo, and Diplomaticos No. 2.
60-year sherry brandy (3500 yen), tobacco grappa (3500 yen), three types of 45-year cognac (3000-3200 yen), Armagnac Castelnaudary 1974-2016 (2000 yen), Mouton prune eau-de-vie (2500 yen), Valandro fine (2000 yen), Lanson marc de Champagne (1300 yen), black beer eau-de-vie (1100 yen), Japanese Tokachi brandy raw spirit (59-61%) and various types of mandarin orange/plum brandy, Calvados, and grappa.
From the left: Emilio Lustau Solera Gran Reserva 1977 Family Reserve (2800 yen) is rich and delicious. Jelas 18 Year Barros Port Finish (1800 yen, also available with a 7-year noble rot wine finish for 1300 yen) Camus Ile de Ré Cliffside Cellar (1500 yen) is a briny cognac.
From the left: Angel's Envy Rye Rum Finish (2000 yen), same Bourbon Port Finish (1800 yen), single malts from Oregon, Virginia, Kentucky, Montana, and New Mexico. Cleveland Underground (1600 yen, early maturation under pressure, bourbon despite being from Ohio) Balcones Brimstone Blue Corn Texas Whiskey (1800 yen, smoked distillate, smoky and delicious, sold out!) 100% wheat whiskey from New York (1400 yen)
Two types of 5-year aged gin from the Netherlands: Oude Genever and Korinwijn. Shot for 1100 yen. Unlike craft gins that only have a bland aroma, this one has depth and pairs well with cigars.
