Kumamoto Prefecture Barley Miso
This is sake that delivers the fresh taste of freshly squeezed sake as it is. Sake right after pressing has a slight carbonation that naturally occurs during the fermentation process, along with a freshness reminiscent of freshly picked fruit. We bring you the true taste of 'freshly squeezed' sake that could only be enjoyed at the sake brewery until now.
Junmai Daiginjo / Yamada Nishiki / Saga Prefecture / Mitsutake Sake Brewery
Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki Fresh Sake from Saga. It has a gorgeous aroma and the rich, elegant sweetness of Yamada Nishiki. The freshness of the sake is complemented by a full-bodied feel, while also having an excellent crispness.
Cloudy sake from Fukuoka that faintly evokes a snowy landscape. Aromas of white peach and pear. Although it is cloudy, it has no residual sweetness, and a subtle acidity tightens the overall profile for a refreshing finish.
Zanshin is a super dry pure rice sake from Fukuoka. The term represents the spirit of martial arts, meaning to maintain mental composure after a technique and to leave a lingering impression. Even though it is dry, you can still fully appreciate the flavor of the rice.

[Kumamoto Prefecture/Amakusa Sake Brewery]
The owner's local brewery in Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan's westernmost hop field and craft beer brewery. We create a beer that no one can replicate by combining hops filled with sincerity and local specialties grown in rich nature in a perfect balance. Enjoy fresh and unique craft beer that can only be made in Amakusa, using mineral-rich underground water.
A carefully selected blend of several types of malt in a perfect balance. You can feel the rich flavor of the barley. A refreshing citrus aroma reminiscent of grapefruit and lime bursts forth. The richness of the barley and the vibrant aroma of the hops. A glass that simply brings out the individuality of the ingredients.
A light pink fruit sour ale that harmonizes the tartness of cranberries with the citrus notes of lime. Based on the refreshing acidity created by Philly sour yeast, the sweet and sour flavor of cranberries combines with a hint of bitterness from lime and a crisp refreshing sensation, resulting in a clean and easy-to-drink finish.
Black IPL made with Amakusa-produced brown sugar. It features a sweet and floral roasted aroma derived from black malt, layered with fruity hop notes. Enjoy the richness and bitterness reminiscent of coffee, along with the crisp bitterness unique to lagers. It has a light mouthfeel, perfect for savoring slowly.
Luxuriously using the fragrant Amakusa Bankan! It starts with the refreshing aroma of Amakusa Bankan, and as the temperature changes, the brilliance spreads. With a light mouthfeel, it offers the juiciness of Amakusa Bankan and a subtle sweetness derived from wheat.
The top notes are fresh grapefruit and lime, gradually layered with honeydew melon and strawberry characters, followed by a tropical finish derived from Sabro. A creamy and smooth mouthfeel that is hard to believe is a session style. A glass that suppresses bitterness and extracts only the juicy fruitiness of hops.
