The harami is the diaphragm of the cow, located on the back side. It is tender, not greasy, and delicious. The special selected harami is of even higher quality and provides a satisfying taste.

A rare cut that can only be obtained in small quantities from the rose. The moderately marbled red meat melts in your mouth and is delicious. Worth eating.
