Takumiya Aibe @ Nakanosakaue Izakaya izakaya is a 10 second walk from Nakanosakaue station 🏮. You can get a wide variety of food such as wagyu beef and local cuisine (*please note that the food is not available in the restaurant). On this day, I went there with my loved ones and those who have been very dear to me😊. We had Yonezawa beef steak, fresh yuba, fresh shirasu, saikyo grilled pork belly, wagyu beef and sea urchin spring rolls, large fried oysters, wagyu sushi and much more ❤️ The most delicious dish was the "Wagyu beef and sea urchin spring rolls" shown in the photo😍. Crispy lettuce and thinly sliced wagyu beef wrapped in a soft spring roll 💕. It is topped with a little bit of sea urchin and wasabi, and covered with a sweet and spicy soy sauce sauce! You can enjoy the meatiness of the wagyu beef and the richness of the sea urchin while eating your vegetables like a salad ✨! The spring roll skin is chewy and I love the texture of it too (**)! When it comes out, you must have it right away before it gets fluffy! LOL! Nakanosakaue is a place I don't usually go to. I'm considering exploring more places to eat and drink because there are so many delicious looking places to eat and drink ✨.
