This sake is a blend of sake pressed using centrifugal separation technology without applying pressure and sake pressed using the traditional method that involves applying pressure. It combines the qualities of centrifugal separation, which results in a sake with 'no unpleasant characteristics,' with the punchy flavor derived from the traditional pressing method, resulting in a refined elegance and delicacy with depth and complexity.
