Bara sushi, which uses plenty of seasonal fish from the Seto Inland Sea, originated when the townspeople rebelled against the frugality decree of the first lord of Bizen Okayama, Ikeda Mitsumasa, which stated 'one soup and one dish' for meals, by starting to eat rice topped with fish and vegetables, claiming it was still one dish.

Nigiri sushi crafted by a sushi chef trained at the long-established sushi restaurant 'Gonta' in Okayama. The rice is made from Kimura-style naturally cultivated rice, famous for its 'miracle apple,' and the water is prepared using ionized water.
When you think of Okayama, you think of Bara Sushi! Bara Sushi is made with plenty of seasonal fish from the Seto Inland Sea. A collaborative product with the famous noodle-making master 'Yamamoto Somen' from Mimasaka. The noodles, kneaded with lotus root using expert techniques, are incredibly chewy! They are especially popular with children. Additionally, they are thinner and easier to eat than udon, making them a popular item at our store as well. *Each one is carefully handmade. Please understand that it may be sold out.
These rice crackers, popular for their gentle sweetness, are made with plenty of lotus root from Renjima. This is a collaborative product with Suzukiya, established in the 12th year of the Taisho era. Each piece is carefully baked by artisans, ensuring safety and no additives, making them popular among children as well.
