We use tomatoes selected as the highest quality from Kochi Prefecture's fruit tomatoes, chosen seasonally. They have more than double the sugar content of regular tomatoes. While the sugar content of normal tomatoes is around 3 to 5 degrees, it can reach about 7 to 10 degrees. The acidity is also higher than that of regular tomatoes, and the flavor is rich.
You can refill up to 2 times.
