This Kiuchi Umeshu is made by distilling Hitachino Nest Beer into beer spirits and then soaking ume fruits in it. The hop flavor of the beer pairs well with the taste of the ume fruit. Additionally, fructose, which is gentle on the body, has been added for sweetness. Enjoy the unique and smooth taste that cannot be found elsewhere.
