This is a sashimi platter made with fresh fish directly shipped from Oita. By serving it on a bucket filled with ice, you can enjoy the exceptional freshness of the fish until the very end. It features a luxurious assortment including grouper and kabosu flounder.
Served rare due to its excellent freshness (if you are not fond of rare, please grill it on the stone). Enjoy it with a special sauce made with shiitake salt from Oita and grain mustard.
Lightly grilled fresh crowned chicken liver, served in a melt-in-your-mouth state. Enjoy with ginger soy sauce and white sesame oil, as you prefer. This is a very popular menu item at Toyono Honpo.
