Charcuterie is a French term that refers to processed meat products. This is an original item created by a chef who has studied specialized knowledge. We select and arrange the day's recommendations from handmade sausages, bacon, and prosciutto made in our factory on the same premises.

At our main store's vineyard, we cultivate and harvest over 40 varieties of grapes each year. We offer a premium parfait that makes abundant use of the grapes grown on our premises, available only during the peak season.

A fluffy pancake steamed and baked to a diameter of about 10 cm and a thickness of 4 cm. Topped with whipped cream that has a strong milk flavor, fresh strawberries are piled on top. Surrounding the six strawberries is a homemade griotte cherry sauce. Accompanied by pistachio ice cream that pairs perfectly with the berries, it offers a rhythmic taste. Its splendor and impact are sure to elicit cheers.

Our homemade fondant chocolate uses 57% dark couverture chocolate. You can enjoy scooping the melted chocolate with a spoon from the nicely baked chocolate cake surface. Personally, I find the accompanying condensed milk cream to be quite a highlight. Its pleasant milky flavor stands out, making the subtitle 'Chocolate x Strawberry Milk' quite fitting. Available from February 1st to around the 14th.

A carefully crafted dish with a chewy pizza crust, topped with homemade berry sauce and anglaise sauce, quickly baked in the restaurant's stone oven. It is perfectly cooked, with the anglaise sauce achieving a wobbly pudding-like finish. Enjoy it with melting vanilla ice cream and freshly picked spearmint from our own farm.

A cream sauce pasta that combines fresh strawberries with vegetables grown in our own farm and homemade bacon. The balance of the sweetness of the strawberries, the saltiness of the bacon, and the light sauce is exquisite!

This is a collaboration between the 'grapes' born from Grape Forest Farm and 'strawberries'. The sweet and sour flavors, as well as the colors, are contrasting between the strawberries and Shine Muscat. The smooth Genovese sauce harmoniously brings together these differences. The richness of the prosciutto adds depth to the flavor, while the green vegetables from Grape Forest Farm provide a pleasant accent. Available until around the end of March.

The Genovese serves as the base of the flavor, and this menu is filled with originality from Grapevine Forest, featuring three ingredients: 'salami', 'strawberries', and 'leafy vegetables'. The meaty salami and refreshing strawberries create a sparklingly good combination. The top vegetables are mainly leafy greens that arrive from Grapevine Forest Farm that day. On this day, the leafy green was 'mustard greens', which provided a nice accent. *This dish is also available as part of the all-you-can-eat menu for the night buffet.*
