Pasta Restaurant Antorowa

The 'Castle Down Meat Sauce' is a sophisticated dish for adults, made by sautéing coarsely ground beef and aromatic vegetables over high heat, then finishing it with spices and brandy for a rich aroma. The savory flavor of the beef, the acidity of the tomatoes, and the depth of the aromatic vegetables blend together, with a hint of spiciness from chili peppers as an accent. Please enjoy this blissful meat sauce that transforms your usual pasta into a luxurious dish.

The 'Omotecho Carbonara' features chewy homemade fresh pasta coated in a rich cheese cream sauce. The black pepper adds a sharp kick, providing depth amidst the creaminess. The harmony created by the richness of the fresh cream and cheese, along with the runny onsen egg, is truly a taste of bliss. We invite you to try it at least once.
