A supreme rice bowl made with carefully selected thick slices of duck breast and Shimonihta leeks simmered in a special sauce. Served with miso soup, pickles, and tofu. (Shimonihta leeks are available only in winter. In other seasons, we will use long leeks and provide an additional small dish instead.)
