Our most recent collaboration is an apple-beer hybrid we made with Serventi Ranch in Watsonville, CA. This beer takes its inspiration from the Stephen King book series of the same name
ACE Mango is the amalgamation of fresh Mango Juices and a tart, semi-sweet apple cider. The best tasting Mangos are grown near the equator in hot and humid climates, so we went straight to the source: Ecuador! You are tasting an important piece of ACE's Exotic Fruit Cider range, enjoy!
A light, refreshing blonde ale created for the laid back California lifestyle. Subtle malt sweetness is balanced by a touch of hops creating a versatile beer with a clean finish
Our first Pandemic Rescue Crowler series of beers. This was one of our favorite beer styles to drink on a hot summer day when living in Northern Denmark and travelling to Stuttgart. Also a favorite to make. A throwback to our youth in Europe. Our take on the traditional hefeweissbier. A straw yellow wheat beer with balanced hints of clove and fruit that we pair with Polish Lubelski hops
Full Boar™ Scotch Ale is a mildly smoky blend of peated malts, rich flavors of caramel, overtones of chocolate and a slight hint of coffee. Crisp malts together with hops give the Boar its aroma and complement the characteristics of this Scotch Style Ale
Hazy IPA w/Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra hops
Broken Skull IPA: A bad-ass 6.7% India Pale Ale designed by Steve Austin and ESBC for the working man & woman. It features Citra, Cascade, and Chinook hops to deliver big flavor with an easy finish. Now stop reading and start enjoying this awesome beer! Cheers! -Steve
A more tropical approach to your "West Coast" style IPA; Maui Waui has proven to be one of our more popular beers! This single malt IPA is light in color and body; with a soft bitterness. The Mosaic and Citra hops give strong aromas and flavors of guava, pineapple, and mango
A sparking specimen of the Hazy-W.C. style. Tantalizing terpenes create notes of diesel & citrus with a fluffy yet dry mouthfeel. Wow!
This outrageously tasty DIPA is a haze-filled festival of Citra, Idaho 7, Crystal, & Simcoe hops. Ready your face for a glorious detonation of stone fruit and tropical awesomeness with undertones of resinous pine that bring the whole thing together in a rather spectacular fashion. If you're into extremely tasty beers, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little number right here
Double IPA brewed with Galaxy and Amarillo hops
Hazy IPA double dry-hopped with Simcoe. Notes of berry, apricot, passion fruit, and citrus. Pronounced aromas of Pine and Woodsy earth
Third release of this crazy beer, hopped only with Zappa hops. This hop variety was named on behalf of the man himself, Frank. They produce a lot of very uncoventional flavors and aromas, which is why they are named in Frank Zappa's honor. Our landrace yeasts are also known for producing unconventional flavors and aromas, so we did the only sensible thing. We fermented this beer with one of our landrace yeast cultures and used the whole bag of Zappa hops, and only Zappa hops. Orange peel, unripe mango, dried apricot on the nose. Tropical burst of fruit, mango and fruity pebbles on the palate. Low hop burn and medium firm bitterness. Cans are naturally carbonated. No fruit was harmed in the making of this beer! Version 3.0 release notes: Lowered ABV to 7.8% Warmer fermentation temperature Changed water profile
10.2% ABV Our annual IIIPA! This year's batch is hopped with Citra, Cascade, Simcoe, and El Dorado
Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden strong ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you'll want to keep an eye out
West Coast IPA (Mai Tai base) with strawberry, mango & pineapple
Backed by a blend of British Maris Otter and American 2-row barley, with additions of malted oats for a pillowy softness on the palate, this double IPA was fermented with an expressive yeast that augments tropical hop flavors of Mosaic, Citra & Enigma hops
We took our Nitro Milk Stout (Best Part of Waking Up) with coffee, cacao, and vanilla, and cranked it up a notch. This double version is incredibly decadent with tons of milk chocolate character and strong notes of espresso. The tiny bubbles from nitro carbonation and rich vanilla pull it all together with a creamy, velvety texture. Shake and Pour Hard for best results!
The primary component of our "White Oak" ale is a 100% barrel aged wheat wine that we affectionately refer to as "White Oak Sap." Essentially a "summer" barley-wine style ale, but made with a wheat heavy grain base, White Oak Sap is aged in used bourbon barrels for nearly a year and comes out rich in flavors of coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla. To compliment the already rich flavors of the beer, we've added cacao nibs and vanilla beans to give this beer the delicate flavor of white chocolate…hence the name
This is Black House-our beloved oatmeal coffee stout-nitrogenated and packed to the gills with coconut & cocoa nibs. The result is a decadent symphony of chocolate and coffee laced with luscious notes of coconut and a mouthfeel so luxurious it's like drinking a velvet painting. It's a stunning display of liquid elegance best enjoyed while wearing your sauciest smoking jacket. Pour hard for a proper head
Devil's Canyon Brand Root Beer is hand crafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Sweetened with cane sugar, agave nectar & local California honey, Devil's Canyon's Brand root beer contains zero refined sugars or corn syrup and is caffeine, and alcohol free!
Two of our favorite hops coming together in a big ol' juicy package. Ripe mango, kiwi, pineapple, and hints of citrus dominate this beautifully expressive DIPA. Surprisingly crushable for the ABV, but showy like a good DIPA should be! We dialed the bitterness way back on this, but the carbonation keeps the balance and drinkability in check. We went heavy on our hop usage to fully max out the juice meter!
Berliner Weisse w/ Mango & Lychee added
Berliner Vice style w/ Papaya & Mulberry added
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Star (BBADS) Formerly known as Kentucky Dark Star or KDS Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels This year's release is a blend of 24, 18, 12, and 8-month Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Star in 7-12-year old Kentucky bourbon barrels. The roasted and chocolate malts complement the smooth oats to bring you a stout delight wrapped in the gentle embrace of bourbon barrel-aged warmth. A touch of sweetness dances in balance with the hops to finish with a wave, and then she's gone. Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Roast Barley, Crystal-60, Chocolate, and Carafa-2 malts with Flaked Oats and Columbus, Willamette, and Cascade hops
We took our Tiki Tart sour to the next level! Grand notes of passionfruit, lush limes, a hint of salt, & lbs. of pink guava
Sour Ale Aged In Oak Barrels With Plums & Vanilla Beans
Our 3rd release in the SIP Collaboration with our Buddies in Monterey, Alvarado Street Brewery! Since both our crews love sippin' on FRESH hoppy doubles and BURPING HOPS!!! We loaded this batch with Citra during whirlpool and then blasted the dry hop with copious amounts of Sabro, Nelson, El Dorado & even more Citra!

Everything you love about Maui Waui; but with 3x More Citra & Mosaic hops that will go straight to your dome! Mind-blowing guava, pineapple & mango flavors and aromas. But watch out she's a real home-wrecker
When a beer is as solid as Maui Waui, it just makes sense to double down! Loaded with 2x more mosaic and citra hops for the full tropical overload
An even more tropical approach to our classic Maui Waui; a Mosaic/Citra IPA. Infused post fermentation with natural tropical fruits
This Pale Ale is clean, crisp, and full of hops. A touch of Crystal 40, gives this beer a minor, malt sweetness, but finishes dry. Loaded with Simcoe & Eureka Hops that deliver only the good vibes of pine, citrus & dank!
Since our good pal Cheeky seems to know ALL (the secrets), we had to reach to Green Cheek and channel Cheeky's haze game for this collaborative DDH Hazy Double IPA! These folks inspire us with every style of beer they make, and this is the first IPA we've made together of the juicy variety. We've combined some of our favorite hops, including Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Simcoe & Strata along with raw wheat for a luscious, fully bodied texture
Imperial Sour Ale collaboration with Other Half Brewing. We combined elements of their Crunchee series with our Biggie's Brunch series; the usual heavy dose of blueberry & vanilla, but conditioned with almonds, cinnamon, toasted coconut and maple syrup!
DDH Pale Ale with Riwaka and Citra
Formerly known as "Cold Pressed Hop Juice", this IPA has been fermented with a peachy, stone-fruit heavy yeast strain that complements the melon and candy-like notes of El Dorado hops. Citra and Azacca bring in a layer of tropical fruit and rounds out the citrusy character. Low bitterness and emphasis on flavor and aroma additions, along with high protein adjuncts like flaked oats give the mouthfeel a juicy texture
OG Double IPA that's the baby brother of Triple Cone, our Triple IPA. Monster dry hop of Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado with a clean fermentation keeps it devilishly dank & lush on the nose with assertive oily hop flavor and bitterness. Dry finish, hidden alcohol makes it dangerously drinkable
Soft, simple, luxurious – it's easy to like an IPA that's been pampered with luscious hops like Strata, Citra & Mosaic. But even more so when you combine those with a hybrid yeast strain that captures the raw, succulent character of these hops amid a grain bed full of fluffy wheat that sits on your palate like the most indulgent recliner you've ever had the pleasure of kicking back in. Let us aid in your relaxation efforts with the help of Easy Luxe
The next in our Dadz Dream Carz series, we explore perhaps the sexiest Ferrari ever made: the F40, made from 1987 to 1992. Dry hopped at a rate in excess of 8 lbs per barrel with exceptional lots of Mosaic & Idaho 7, with plenty of body to sustain such a gargantuan hop character
2021 = Year of More West Coast IPA. Featuring legendary New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Australian Galaxy. Dry hopped throughout primary fermentation for the augmentation of thiols and terpenes, contributing to massive hop flavor and aroma. Throw back a few Westeez with your crew, today!
Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA fermented with expressive yeast that produces stone fruit notes in tandem with a unique hopping regimen that amplifies these flavors produced in fermentation. The result is a bright, candy-like impression of lifesavers, peach rings, white gummy bears and juicy nectarine and honey dew melon
We went all out with this one; fermented with a fruit forward yeast strain and double dry hopped with heaps of Galaxy, Mosaic and a hop that's newer to us called Sabro, known for it's coconut/tropical aromatics. This beer is stupid hoppy, and we feel it's deserving of the name
Three time GABF medal winner, including gold in 2018! Our drier, decidedly "tropical" IPA that's light on bitterness, but heavy on hop aroma, courtesy of 100% Mosaic hops. One whiff and you get super intense notes of passion fruit, mango, and lychee. Grain bill of just American two-row malt and a clean fermentation keep it simple and allow these hops to shine
It's the off season, gotta train hard to be an aerobic champion. Beer's not gonna help buuuuuut it'll get your mind in the right place. For this Double IPA we've gone heavy with an experimental hop from Freestyle Farms, New Zealand called NZL-60 - it's got bangin notes of lemon, lime & passionfruit. And then hit it again with Citra cryo & Cashmere hops for good measure
We've loaded up Pleasure Wave with some of the finest designer hops we could get our hands on, but more specifically, hops that carry high levels of thiols. These teeny, tiny compounds make a big impact on tropical aromatics, and in this beer, it's all about pungent notes passionfruit, guava, and crushed gooseberry. This is a modern West Coast IPA, and finishes dry with just the right amount of bitterness
McEnroe, Agassi, Graff, Navritilova...what do these great champions have to do with beer? They racket. We rack it. From the tank to your pint glass or can. Serve up this ace of deuce juice to your senses, it's silky smooth style will have you backspinning in your seat. We promise you'll 40-love this beer. Advantage - YOU
A Raspberry Rickey cocktail-inspired IMPERIAL kettle sour ale with raspberries and lime!! Originally brewed several years ago as a pub batch, which eventually became Sorbae. It now returns as the double version of Sorbae, with a high drinkability and balance, reminiscent of the classic cocktail it is based on
Backed by a blend of British Maris Otter and American 2-row barley, with additions of malted oats for a pillowy softness on the palate, this double IPA was fermented with an expressive yeast that augments tropical hop flavors of Mosaic, Citra & Enigma hops
A collaboration pale ale with Cellarmaker Brewing. Inspired by Cellarmaker's clean, unadulterated hop expression we've fermented this double dry-hopped pale ale with a neutral strain to bring out all the lupulin magic from the best lots we could source of Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Citra. A good portion of wheat lends a creamy body, and we've balanced it with a moderate level of bitterness so it's West Coast in nature, despite its murky appearance
Taking pie-themed sours to the next level with heaps of graham crackers to combine with tart cherries, lending a crust-like cinnamon top note to pair with the impression of a rich cherry filling in the middle. A touch of vanilla and milk sugar to balance the acidity and simulate whip cream on top
A staple hazy IPA brewed with the "holy trinity" of hops - Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic. Double Dry Hopped for maximum juice, heaps of oats & wheat for a soft, pillowy texture on the palate. Fermented with an expressive yeast strain that pumps out stone fruit flavors which complement the tropical hop oil contribution
Taking inspiration from some of Burgeon Beer's progressive West Coast IPA's, this collaboration is brewed with Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka hops, and 100% Pilsner malt for an incredibly pale color and brilliant clarity. It presents as moderately bitter, with a dry finish and an intense, thiol-heavy aroma and flavor profile. Passion fruit and guava notes are front and center along with the signature Southern hemisphere dank / diesel bite
Our friends from Other Half Brewing in Brooklyn came out West to collaborate on a Double IPA engineered for a tremendously oily, dank hop profile with a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Idaho 7. We used a more neutral hybrid yeast strain to focus all the attention on the hops in this one
Dreamy soft notes of sunny days and cool waves. Hopped with Hallertau Calista, Hallertau Mittelfrueh, & Saaz
If you like piña coladas, this milkshake IPA is for you; brewed with pineapple and orange juice as well as coconut milk and milk sugar
A fruited kettle sour to put the fight back in you. Blended with Tangerine, Blood Orange, and Passion Fruit, with a touch of Coconut and Vanilla
(Updated 2020 recipe) Using the newly developed Sourvisiae yeast strain, bursting with grapefruit, mango, & pineapple & the perfect sour awakening
Shreddin' some of our favorite lots of Citra and Amarillo selected in Yakima, with notes of candied melon and jolly rancher candy
Juicy ipa with flavorful hints of citrus, watermelon, guava and mango
This N.E. Inspired Hazy India Pale Ale was designed with Citra-Cryo Hops to maximize the the tropical, citrus and a touch of pine flavors expected from the style
The St.Bernardus Abt 12 is the pride of our stable, the nec plus ultra of our brewery. Abbey ale brewed in the classic 'Quadrupel' style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. Dark with a full, ivory-colored head. It has a fruity aroma, full of complex flavours and excells because of its long bittersweet finish with a hoppy bite. (10, 0% ABV) Worldwide seen as one of the best beers in the world. It's a very balanced beer, with a full-bodied taste and a perfect equilibrium between malty, bitter and sweet. One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren
We're really liking the 2019 Simcoe crop from Yakima Valley. We like it so much that we decided to do a 100% Simcoe hopped IPA. We used a blend of Admiral malts and red wheat to make the base. We added a light bittering charge of Simcoe and dry hopped the crap out of it! When young, it's slightly hazy, but will clear over time. We fermented the beer with one of our juicy house landrace strains, which adds a wonderful complexity to the beer. It's bursting with piney, citrusy, fruity goodness!
We pay tribute to our label artist, Toast, with this beer. For his favorite style beer, we went all out with a historical style, mixed culture Gose. Aged for 1 year in Bordeaux wine barrel with sea salt and European coriander. Bright acidity with stone fruit and citrus greet your palate. Saltiness is in the background, along with light coriander spice and the age is apparent due to the flavor and aroma of oak. This is not a kettle sour. It is a wine drinkers beer. All art by Toast!
This delectable pastry stout brewed with cacao nibs, panela sugar, and roasted malt brings the perfect bittersweet balance to your holiday dessert
Our love for this new brew is bigger than a Cadillac. Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops build clean, medium-bodied citrus and mango flavor with a smooth and dry finish
Baltic porter aged for one year in rum barrels then bottle conditioned for one year
West Coast IPA brewed with Citra, Enigma, and Amarillo hops
DIPA brewed with Enigma, Mosaic, and Citra hops
IPA Brewed Citra, Simcoe, and Waimea Hops
Double IPA brewed with Alexandre Trois yeast alongside Mosaic, Blanc, and Amarillo hops
Helles Lager brewed with German malts and hops
The Stickiness could have been called "the selfishness" since it's really just an IPA brewed for us using our two favorite hops. We know you love Citra and Galaxy (note to self, need to brew a Citra and Galaxy IPA), but this one is ours, with just a hint of sweetness and a body more cushy than a memory foam pillow this IPA is built to chill. Mosaic and Enigma hops go together better than Troy and Abed with combined aromas of honeydew melon, blueberries, citrus, and tropical fruit salad with a ganja garnish. We' re really excited for The Stickiness, not just cause we love these two hops so much, but mostly because we actually put in effort this time
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to capture the full ester profile of the apples. Once fermentation is complete, this cider is then aged for 12 to 16 weeks in rye whiskey barrels from Woodinville Whiskey Company. The oak gives the cider a liquid gold color. Sweetened with organic cane sugar. The Oak & Apple was a 2017 Good Food Awards winner
Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Licorice and Cinnamon Bark The Rusty Nail begins life as The First Nail, an oatmeal stout of epic proportions with brewer's licorice, smoked barley, and pale malt and is then aged on cinnamon bark. She becomes The Rusty Nail after spending 15 months in 12-year old bourbon barrels. The Rusty Nail pounds your palate, challenges your perception of all that you've known of beer, and leaves you wanting … another sip. "A fine beer may be judged by one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure." – VWP. Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Vienna, Midnight Wheat, Flaked Oats, Roast Barley, and Smoked malts with Magnum and US Golding hops, and brewer's licorice and cassia cinnamon chips
Single coffee variety - Santa Petrona, bourbon, washed, from El Salvador. Dark Matter extracted it multiple ways - espresso shots (a coordinated effort across all of their locations to simultaneously pull enough shots at each location to fill a 1/6 bbl with espresso), french press, pour-over, and more. All in, this batch of Big Hugs is a bully reborn. 10% ABV and easy, balanced drinking ~ it's the imperial stout your pint glass fights for, with notes of dark fruit, smooth roast, and cocoa
Juicy flavored Double IPA. Soft grapefruit and orange notes with a slightly sweet finish. Very smooth and refreshing for a double
Tucked away in the Southern Sierras is a small enclave called Camp Nelson. Here you can ride your bike through Giant Sequoia trees, relax along the Tule River and forget about your troubles for a while. In the Fall, when things slow down, there is nothing quite like te sounds and smells of this place. We brewed this Nelson Sauvin hopped beer as a tribute to this bold, yet delicate place. Enjoy this limited release beer and make time for the simple things in life!

This is Black House-our beloved oatmeal coffee stout-nitrogenated and packed to the gills with coconut cocoa nibs.

This Pale Ale is clean, crisp, and full of hops. A touch of Crystal 40, gives this beer a minor, malt sweetness, but finishes dry. Loaded with Simcoe Eureka Hops that deliver only the good vibes of pine, citrus dank!
We've combined some of our favorite hops, including Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Simcoe Strata along with raw wheat for a luscious, fully bodied texture
Imperial Sour Ale collaboration with Other Half Brewing. We combined elements of their Crunchee series with our Biggie's Brunch series; the usual heavy dose of blueberry vanilla, but conditioned with almonds, cinnamon, toasted coconut and maple syrup!
Monster dry hop of Mosaic, Citra El Dorado with a clean fermentation keeps it devilishly dank lush on the nose with assertive oily hop flavor and bitterness. Dry finish, hidden alcohol makes it dangerously drinkable
Soft, simple, luxurious – it's easy to like an IPA that's been pampered with luscious hops like Strata, Citra Mosaic.
Dry hopped at a rate in excess of 8 lbs per barrel with exceptional lots of Mosaic Idaho 7, with plenty of body to sustain such a gargantuan hop character
For this Double IPA we've gone heavy with an experimental hop from Freestyle Farms, New Zealand called NZL-60 - it's got bangin notes of lemon, lime passionfruit. And then hit it again with Citra cryo Cashmere hops for good measure
It now returns as the double version of Sorbae, with a high drinkability and balance, reminiscent of the classic cocktail it is based on
Backed by a blend of British Maris Otter and American 2-row barley, with additions of malted oats for a pillowy softness on the palate, this double IPA was fermented with an expressive yeast that augments tropical hop flavors of Mosaic, Citra Enigma hops
Double Dry Hopped for maximum juice, heaps of oats wheat for a soft, pillowy texture on the palate. Fermented with an expressive yeast strain that pumps out stone fruit flavors which complement the tropical hop oil contribution
Taking inspiration from some of Burgeon Beer's progressive West Coast IPA's, this collaboration is brewed with Nelson Sauvin Riwaka hops, and 100% Pilsner malt for an incredibly pale color and brilliant clarity. It presents as moderately bitter, with a dry finish and an intense, thiol-heavy aroma and flavor profile. Passion fruit and guava notes are front and center along with the signature Southern hemisphere dank / diesel bite
Our friends from Other Half Brewing in Brooklyn came out West to collaborate on a Double IPA engineered for a tremendously oily, dank hop profile with a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic Idaho 7. We used a more neutral hybrid yeast strain to focus all the attention on the hops in this one
Dreamy soft notes of sunny days and cool waves. Hopped with Hallertau Calista, Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Saaz

The Oak Apple was a 2017 Good Food Awards winner
Down Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Vienna, Midnight Wheat, Flaked Oats, Roast Barley, and Smoked malts with Magnum and US Golding hops, and brewer's licorice and cassia cinnamon chips
Enjoy this limited release beer and make time for the simple things in life!
