This is a very popular and reasonably priced course that includes all-you-can-drink for 2 hours and a wide variety of dishes (11 items)! This is a very satisfying and value-priced course that includes a full 3 hours of all-you-can-drink drinking with an upgrade in the number of dishes and their contents. Our specialty, authentic handmade buckwheat noodles are excellent with a smooth texture! We have a fully equipped private room, so we recommend it for various occasions such as year-end and New Year's parties, welcome and farewell parties, business entertainment, and birthday parties. ● Our proud dashi is highlighted by being hand-cooked one piece at a time. You can simply enjoy the umami of the dashi.
By wrapping in natto, it has gained even more richness. The combination of green onions and seaweed is outstanding.

The tsukune, made from domestic duck meat minced and combined with chicken cartilage, is simmered in a flavorful sauce, resulting in a juicy and rich meatball. It pairs perfectly with the fragrant, melted grilled cheese! This is one of our most popular dishes.
Grated daikon, shredded perilla leaves, and chopped green onions are placed on top of domestic duck tsukune, finished with ponzu for a refreshing Japanese-style dish.
● Carefully selected tofu is lightly fried to trap the sweet flavor of soybeans inside, then soaked in a rich and warm dashi broth.
This is a juicy and tender dish that preserves the natural deliciousness of domestically sourced duck meat, simmered in our homemade sauce. Please enjoy it together with our proud soft-boiled egg marinated in our special broth.
● Hand-made fresh soba noodles are fried to a fragrant fox color. The subtle aroma of soba and the crispy texture will make you addicted!
● The firm and chewy kamaboko with wasabi is simply exquisite! A classic dish at soba restaurants.
● Three types of miso are slowly simmered over low heat, mixed with plenty of buckwheat groats and green onions, and grilled to a fragrant finish. This dish pairs well with alcohol. Enjoy it slowly!
● Thinly rolled soba noodles cut into thick pieces. After boiling, they are chilled in ice water for a perfect texture! Wrap the noodles around green onions, add wasabi to your liking, and enjoy with a flavorful dipping sauce.
The dressing is served with roasted sesame.
● Our chijimi is made by mixing buckwheat flour ground in our stone mill with small shrimp, clams, squid, rice cake, and chives. Please enjoy it with our special kimchi sauce.
