This is a double soup made by simmering chicken bones and maple leaves slowly, and combining with a soup made by simmering pork bones, pig's feet, and vegetables. It is a collagen-rich rich soup. The special soy sauce or salt sauce enhances the balance of flavors. Chicken breast meat from domestic production is marinated for one day in special seasonings, cooked at low temperature to make it tender, and smoked with cherry chips to make chicken chashu.
Thick noodles cooked in a rich soup base (same as chicken ramen soup) enhanced with seafood flavors. Topped with diced chicken chashu used in the chicken ramen.
A special dish made with thick and chewy noodles mixed well with a special soy sauce dressing made from a base of carefully brewed dashi with various ingredients. Topped with bonito flakes for a delightful flavor. Split soup (the same soup used in chicken ramen) is provided for customers to add at their own timing, allowing for a delightful change in taste.
Cooked in-store and always served fresh. The smoky aroma of the smoked tamago stimulates the appetite.
