Fukushima's most popular restaurant is also a delicious shrimp restaurant! My friend wanted to eat prawns, so when I said prawns, this was the only place to go! Since my workplace is close by, we went to orb's without a reservation! The counter was empty, so we sat right in front of the lobsters. LOL! First of all, let's toast with mashed mikan chu-hai! I am not a beer drinker. LOL! I could tell that the grilled shrimp and mushrooms with sea urchin and soy sauce was the No. 1 menu item on repeat! It is so delicious! The sea urchin flavor and rich taste make it a great snack! The Ebi Miso Cream Cheese is delicious on crackers, or you can eat the leftover cream cheese as a snack! This one is also rich and my favorite flavor! Minced Shrimp Bean Curd with Bean Curd! This dish came out in a gruel and was addictively delicious! It is a little bit spicy and very easy to eat! Once we decide, we'll drive there and go boom! The restaurant is on a street lined with restaurants not far from the station in Fukushima. The capacity of the restaurant is not that big. The first floor has a counter and table seating, and there seems to be a second floor as well When we went there, the restaurant was almost full. There were barely two seats available at the counter. The menu, as expected of a shrimp bar, was full of shrimp! They have 13 varieties of shrimp, including some unusual ones! I ordered a lot of things, but the names might be wrong! Shrimp as well as tsukemono! As expected of a shrimp bar! The tsuke-dashi was also shrimp! They were raw shrimp, not alive because they were iced over! Angel shrimp I don't like live ones! My friend was fine with it, so I asked her to take the head off and peel it for me! Oh, I'm so pathetic! They were sweet and delicious! Soft Shell Shrimp Soaked in garlic butter! I love prawns, and this restaurant is a must for me. I have been to most of the affiliated restaurants, but I think the lobster with americaine sauce here is the best.
