Monzen's oden made with ingredients from Ishikawa, centered around Noto. Topped with aonori, it allows you to enjoy the aroma of the sea. Large pot 1600 yen.
This is a local dish from Wajima made with squid, eggplant, mizuna, shimeji mushrooms, and finished with dashi made from ishiru (a soy sauce made from squid).
A food culture of Noto, it is sardines pickled in rice bran. Please try it once as a side dish for sake.
Please enjoy the very popular Noto pork wrapped in salad with a coating of gochujang for a light taste.

Many people come from outside the prefecture just to eat 'Noto Beef Hitsumabushi.' It is a luxurious way to enjoy three types of Noto's flavors at once: 1. The first bowl is enjoyed as is. 2. The second bowl is enjoyed with your choice of condiments. 3. For the final bowl, please pour dashi over it and enjoy.
