We use chicken from Chiba Prefecture, specifically 'Suigo Chicken', which is delivered directly from the source. It has less excess fat, is tender, and is healthy. The Omakase 5 Types include 1. Chicken Breast 2. Gizzard 3. Liver 4. Tsukune 5. Thigh or Negima as the basic items. The order in which they are served may vary.
