25 degrees 720ml Kamado refers to a traditional stove. Back when kitchens were still dirt-floored and had stoves... the stove that had gone cold was still warm, perhaps a favorite spot for a cold-sensitive cat... This sweet potato shochu is produced by ANA All Nippon Airways Trading and is used in international first class. The sweet potatoes used are 'Murasaki Masari' from Miyazaki Prefecture and 'Kogane Senkan' sweet potatoes. It is a gently fragrant sweet potato shochu, finished with a standard pressure distillation in a three-stone ceramic pot, offering a soft and smooth taste that is easy to drink.
