The course menu includes a whopping 10 items! Enjoy to your heart's content the eel that Ugenbu proudly offers, cooked in a variety of ways, such as "Shiroyaki" and "Kabayaki". We are sure you will be very satisfied! *Onabe" is served instead of "kimosuki" from October to March.
This is a substantial course featuring our signature "Kabayaki" as the main dish. The fragrant aroma of kabayaki whets the appetite and makes the rice more appetizing! There are also a variety of side dishes such as "Uzaku" and "Ippin". From October to March, "Onabe" is served instead of "Kimosuke".
Each dish is small, making it a great course for women. Please enjoy a variety of delicacies. For an additional 350 yen (tax not included), the soup can be changed to kimosuki. Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) is served from October to March.
Not only the kabayaki, but also the rice soaked in the sauce is delicious! The "Unaju" (eel stew), which is packed tightly in a stacked box, is a luxurious volume.

We are particular about the Kansai-style grilling method, where carefully selected domestic eels are opened up and grilled without steaming. By slowly and carefully grilling, excess fat is rendered off, and when coated with our secret sauce, it results in a fragrant and melt-in-your-mouth exquisite eel. The flavor is appealing even to those who are not fond of eel. Our eel is prepared using a cooking method that maximizes umami, eliminating any off-flavors, making it very easy to enjoy.
