"Sesame Mackerel" is a local dish from Hakata, where fresh mackerel is generously sprinkled with sesame seeds. Our restaurant is very particular about the freshness of the mackerel, the firmness of the flesh, the richness of the fat, and the deliciousness of the sauce. Uses a lot of fish directly delivered from fishermen. These are caught in the morning by fishermen from Koro Island.
