These gyoza are filled with pork, shrimp, cilantro, and chives, offering a very meaty and plump texture with a rich flavor. Instead of garlic, ginger is used to enhance the overall taste.

What is a gyoza that truly resembles gyoza? This dish, themed around 'gyoza loved in Kyoto,' is packed with garlic. By carefully removing the core of the garlic, we suppress any unpleasant odors. Please enjoy it with Motoi Gyoza's special soy sauce mixed with vinegar. You will definitely become addicted to Motoi Gyoza.

These dumplings are made by adding fermented black beans (a seasoning made from fermented soybeans) to a mixture of beef and pork, combined with shiitake mushrooms and chives, resulting in a rich and satisfying dumpling. Ginger and garlic are also included. Serves 8 pieces.
