Gnon is a creative restaurant in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture, that mixes mainly Japanese cuisine with French dishes. The restaurant serves not only Japanese sake but also wine to go with the dishes, which was a surprise to me. The owner of the restaurant is also a certified sommelier, so you can order your favorite drink with confidence. Course meals range from 7,000 yen to 13,000 yen, and if you order the 10,000 yen course with drinks, it will probably cost you about 15,000 yen per person.
