A refined plum wine made from fresh Beni-ei plums harvested in Hokuriku and the underground water of Mount Hakusan. In 2013, it was first used as plum wine at the Nobel Nightcap (the party after the Nobel Prize ceremony).
A rare authentic umeshu made with shochu in Japan. It uses no additives such as flavorings or colorings, and is made with plenty of fresh green plums and honey from Wang Yindong Farm, harmonizing the fragrance and acidity of the plums with the richness of the shochu.
This plum wine won first place at the 2008 National Plum Wine Competition (Osaka Tenmangu Tenjin Plum Wine Competition) in Japan. It is carefully aged using domestic green plums (variety name: Shirokaga) and finished with brandy and honey.
