[French Galipette: A Tasting of 3 Varieties] “Galipette” is a cider made using traditional methods passed down through generations in the Brittany region of France. Produced in a region where over 400 varieties of apples are grown, it is made from 100% apple juice. “BRUT” features a refreshing aroma reminiscent of green apples and pears; “DOUX” offers a rich aroma evoking ripe apples, honey, and apple pie; and “EXTRA BRUT” unfolds with a floral fragrance reminiscent of ripe apples and white flowers. Please enjoy these three distinct flavors paired with our restaurant’s dishes, galettes, and crêpes.
